FlagWave ships country-themed car flags and fan accessories across Canada and selected international locations.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, demand, and seasonal delays.

FlagWave is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, FlagWave is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused
In its original condition
In its original packaging
Not damaged, altered, or visibly worn

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on items that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or customer handling after delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
